Hey there!

I know, I know... it's been forever.  Is this really still a blog?  It's been on the back burner for sure.  Life has been busy guys.  I'm sure I can come on here more often.  So let me see what's been going on?  I've been growing my side business, I've been stuck in traffic a good portion of my days.  I've been learning a lot about myself about my life, about the people I chose to surround myself with.  I've been listening to lots of audible books.  (If you don't have audible--- you need it in your life). I'm always on the go and don't have time to read, nor is reading really my thing.  I just get distracted and can't find enough alone time to read a chapter or two, so audible has completely changed my life.

In January 2016, I made it a personal goal to listen to 1-3 audio books a month.  Sometimes I will listen to the same book over and over in one month.  I have these cheap earphones that I need to replace.  They kind of suck but I plan on getting a better cordless pair.

These books have been awesome!  I am not so stuck on myself, at least trying not to be, personal growth and development is hard guys... one of the hardest things to do or that I've had to do is really look deep into myself.  Dig deep! Things I constantly ask myself, how can I be a better mom, a better wife, a better person, a better leader, a better friend? Being deliberate and cultivating a resilient spirit, and showing up, overcoming stress and life traumas... that's not easy and it's kind of like working out, you have to build that muscle.  Do the work, but it's possible!

Here's a few books I recommend:

The Seat of the Soul - Gary Zukav
The Birth Order - Kevin Leman
The Universe has your back - Gabrielle Bernstein
Make it Happen - Laura Casey
The Compound Effect - Darren Hardy

Easy to sign up and so worth it!

No real reason for this post. I'm sure if you could you'd get your time back for reading this lol! Sorry!

Have a blessed day!

XOXO, Gabriela

When you miss the train

When you miss the train, look around at what's beautiful around you.

This beautiful tree at union station admired by so many stopping by, either coming or going, this tree is witness to it all.

Love the tiling on this fountain, they remind me of scales on a snack or some type of exotic lizard.

Looking up at the ceiling.

Marking this ridiculous move and attempt at trying to be in two places at once as a live and learn...

XOXO-
